The Brenham Mediation Center is located in one of the oldest buildings in historic downtown Brenham. We are on the square directly across the street from the Washington County Courthouse. Constructed in 1872 by lawyer brothers, J. D. and D. C. Giddings, who founded the first bank in Brenham in 1866. Built for the bank the third floor was owned by the Brenham Chapter No. 5 of the Royal Arch Masons. It is recognized and recorded as a Texas Historic Landmark.
