Summary of Experience
Began mediating in 1995 and since that time successfully mediated more than 3,000 cases and disputes throughout central Texas including real estate, oil and gas, condemnation, family law, probate, guardianship, personal injury/product liability, worker’s compensation, professional liability, deceptive trade practices, business tort, contract and tax. Trial lawyer with more than 25 years litigation experience, including numerous jury and non-jury trials representing plaintiffs and defendants, individuals, families, professionals, corporations, partnerships, and governmental entities in both civil and criminal litigation. Civil litigation experience includes family law, probate, guardianship, real estate, personal injury/product liability, professional liability, deceptive trade practice, business tort and contract cases.
